Case Details

A 79 year old female patient came to RNC Free Eye Hospital with ahistory of wooden stick injury to the right eye. Patient had a cornealtear with Iris injury and hyphema traumatic cataract. Immediatelypatient was taken for corneal tear repair with AC wash by Dr. Ankitaon same day. After about one month, patient was operated forcataract surgery by Dr. Ankita. On 1 week follow-up it was observedthat patient’s vision regained from HM to 6/60. Patient was veryhappy.

Every month about 34-patients with penetrating injury to eye come toour hospital, which are treated by our doctors very effectively anddoctors always try to revive patient’s vision.
